We take a lot of pride in the food we prepare here.  Virtually everything is Homemade from scratch and it’s always fresh and in season.  We do not have a “set” menu.  It will always vary from event to event but here is an example of our menu for a typical day at VRR:

Breakfast:

An Assortment of Homemade Muffins and Breads
Toast with Assorted Jams and Jellies
Fresh Fruit (Season)
A Variety of Cereals
Link Sausage
Yogurt
Butter, Margarine & other Condiments
Milk & Assorted Juices

Lunch:

King Ranch Chicken
Tossed Salad
Tomato & Avacado Salad
Texas Toast
Homemade Peach Cobbler (A la Mode)
Tea & Coffee

Dinner:

Baked Potato Bar ~ Which usually includes
Baked Idaho & Sweet Potatoes
Butter & Cinnamon Butter
Brown Sugar
Sour Cream
Onion
Cilantro
Cheeses
Bacon
Chopped BBQ Chicken or Beef with sauce
Chopped Salad with Assorted Dressings
Baked Zucchini Rounds
Swedish Pineapple Cake
Tea & Coffee

Snacks:

Throughout the day we serve Fresh Homemade Cookies, Caramel Corn or some other wonderful treat!
